“I would like to begin by saying that I truly have only positive things to say about Lisa. Our family has been working with Lisa for about three years now and it all began when we decided to put our house, which we had lived in for seventeen years, on the market. I was sixteen and this was a hard time to move with being so busy and overwhelmed with high school, but Lisa made it as stress free for our family as it could ever be! We had no big reason to move other than that we were ready for a change and that it would be positive for our family. From the beginning of our listing Lisa took us under her wing. When we would like to look at a house, she always seemed to be available. Another wonderful thing is that she works with a very talented photographer to say the least. When the pictures of our house were developed for the brochure, I was completely blown away by the quality and appeal they had. They were better than real life! Lisa designs her own brochures and you will probably see some of them. Needless to say, she is a talented designer, and I think they helped sell our house.

We decided to do some remodeling on our new home. My dad decided to ask Lisa if she knew of someone who might be willing to rent their home for a few months. Within a week she had found a client who had already moved who was willing to rent their house to us, and they lived less than a half mile away! During my senior year and my sister’s junior year it was important for us to be able to concentrate on our studies, and this house is perfect.

To sum up our family’s experience with Lisa, it was as pleasant as it could be. Lisa has truly become a close friend and has such a compassionate heart. From sitting down at Starbucks for a cup of coffee to filling out final papers in buying our new home, each experience has been such a memorable, positive one.
